Results are produced from public or supplier sources and a local calculation engine. They are comparison information, not personalized advice or a contractual proposal.

Before subscribing, users should verify the conditions displayed by the supplier on its official website.

Sources

Prices, conditions, public references, and mappings used by OpenKWh are linked to supplier, administrative, or regulatory sources.

Supplier trademarks, logos, and documents remain the property of their respective owners.

Local calculation and entered data

The comparison profile is processed in the browser from static files.

Postal code, commune, consumption, Base or peak/off-peak split, and filters remain local to the browser for comparison calculations.

No personal-data collection

OpenKWh does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, street address, PDL/PRM, PCE, or customer identifier to compare offers.

OpenKWh does not resell comparison inputs and does not send user profiles to suppliers or commercial partners.

No advertising tracking

The comparator does not rely on advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or telemarketing.

The ranking is not biased by partner offers or supplier remuneration.

Supplier navigation

Subscription buttons open the relevant supplier websites. Those sites apply their own privacy policies.

OpenKWh does not add advertising identifiers to supplier links.
